PROFILE AUDIT COMMITTEE

SYAMSUDDIN LOLOGAU

Indonesian citizen, born in Makasar, 1959. Appointed as chairman of the Company's Audit Committee on September 21, 2022. Served as Independent Commissioner of the Company since June 8, 2022.
He obtained his Doctoral degree from the Institute of Government Science, Jakarta in 1990 and Master of Science in Government from Satyagama University, Jakarta in 2009.
He started his career as the Secretary of the Camat in Tambora Sub-district, West Jakarta in 1995-1999, then continued as Deputy Head of the Palmerah Sub-district in 1999-2003. Then he served as the Camat of Cempaka Putih in 2003-2008 and Camat of Gambir in 2008-2010. In 2010-2013, he served as Assistant for Community Welfare in Central Jakarta Administrative City and continued to serve as City Secretary in West Jakarta Administrative City. Furthermore, he was active in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Office as Assistant Deputy for Environment and Housing in 2015-2018, and Head of the Regional Personnel Agency in 2018, then served as Mayor of North Jakarta in 2018-2019.

Indonesian citizen, born in Jakarta, 1973. Appointed as a member of the Company's Audit Committee on September 21, 2022.
Obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree in accounting from Atmajaya University, Jakarta, in 1997.
Started his career at PT Bumi Arta Securindo as Finance and Accounting Staff in 1998-2001, continued at PT Royalindo Sejahtera from 2001 to 2013 with various positions, namely as Accounting Staff in 2001-2003, and at PT Parit Padang Global since 2003 - 2006 as Cashier, 2006-2011 as HO General Accounting Executive, 2011-2013 as Branch Accounting Section Head, then active at PT Gema Tunggal Adigraha as Accounting Supervisor since 2013 until now.

WATI
Indonesian citizen, born in Air Putih, North Sumatra, 1990. Appointed as a member of the Company's Audit Committee on September 21, 2022.
Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Trisakti School of Economics, Jakarta, in 2014, and a Masters in Accounting from Trisakti University, Jakarta in 2017.
Started his career at PT Dharma Cipta Kreasi as Finance and Accounting Staff in 2012-2014, continued at PT Soechi Lines Tbk as Internal Audit SPV and Finance SPV in 2014-2016, at PT Karangan Bunga Indonesia as Finance and Accounting Manager in 2016 -2020, then returned to work at PT Soechi Lines Tbk as Accounting Manager since 2021 until now.

RIS SUTARTO
An Indonesian Citizen, born in Klaten on July 16, 1949. has served as the Company's Independent Commissioner since 24 June 2019 to date. He began his career in the Republic of Indonesia National Police from 1974 to 2005 with his last position as Korsatgas Ganja Lakhar BNN in 2004, and in Kadenma Mabes POLRI in 2005, with the last rank of Kombes Polisi. From POLRI he then continued on to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights to serve as Director of Intelligence at the Directorate General of Immigration in 2006; Head of the Department of Personnel at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in 2009, with his final rank as Pembina Utama Golongan IV E (PNS); Special Staff to the Minister at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in 2009; and served as Extraordinary Tutor at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights to date. He is active in the State Intelligence Agency as Task Force Supporting Expert for Combating Domestic and International Economic Crimes in 2011 and continued on becoming Special Staff to the Deputy Chair of the MPR, Dr. Oesman Sapta in 2015. He Obtained several honors including Satya Lencana Seroja, Satya Lencana Dwija Sistha, Satya Lencana Karya Bakti, Satya Lencana Kes Tamtama, and Satya Lencana Bhayangkara Naraya. He attended various Military Education including the Indonesian Military Academy in 1973 and obtained his doctorate from the Police Science College in 1985.

SRIYANTO
An Indonesian Citizen, born in Tuban on October 28, 1950. Serving as Commissioner of the Company on June 24, 2019. He was the Vice President Commissioner of the Company since June 8, 2018. Previously, he served as Vice President Director of the Company from June 24, 2011 to 2018 and Director from 2009 to 2011. Currently also serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners in several subsidiaries of the Company. Served as Independent Commissioner in Putera Bumi Insurance 1912 from August 2015 to October 21, 2016 and as Deputy Coordinator of the 1912 Putra Bumi Insurance Statuter Manager from October 21, 2016 to September 2018. Graduated from AKABRI in 1974 and subsequently active in the Army 2007 with the last 3 (three) positions as General Commander of KOPASSUS, Commander of SILIWANGI Military Command and Governor of AKMIL with the last rank of Major General of the TNI. Obtaining various services, including Bintang Kartika Eka Paksi Pratama, Bintang Yudha Dharma Pratama and Bintang Yudha Dharma Nararya. He took the KRA XXXII Lemhannas course in 2000.

AGUSTINA
An Indonesian citizen, appointed as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on September 6, 2016. Started her career at PT Dayabuana Swakarya in the Finance, Accounting and Payroll division in 1991-2002, and then joined the Company`s Payroll division from 2002 until now. Attended an Applied Accounting course at Tarumanegara University, Jakarta in 1997. Has attended various trainings/seminars in finance and taxation.
